It’s worth something like $1,600, but the cost of service is getting up to around $20,000! Our service people are spending over three times as long on the site as they should be! When I run the figures on products and service times, the contract is running at a stupid loss. I have a look at service times for this client. Every time the service person shows up, the client calls the office and complains. There’s this one client who complains about everything.
